Sale of live animals

• Animals are sold only to persons aged 18 or over.
• A conversation about the buyer's enclosure and experience precedes every handover.
• Prices shown are non-binding guide ranges; the final price is agreed individually.
• Reservations are held for seven days unless otherwise agreed.

Health guarantee

If a veterinarian confirms a pre-existing condition within 14 days of handover, Animanymals refunds the purchase price or replaces the animal. Conditions caused by improper husbandry after handover are excluded.

Right of withdrawal

Under German law the right of withdrawal for distance contracts does not apply to goods that can spoil quickly, which courts have applied to live animals. Independent of the legal position, Animanymals will always help rehome an animal that no longer fits its owner's circumstances.
